Kym's Arancini Balls

What do you do with left over risotto?  Arancini balls of course.  
Kym whipped these up last night for a casual Sunday night dinner.  I think they were even better than the original risotto. Big call.


Do I need to use my words?





Set in fridge for an hour or so.
